====== RIVAL CLUB – FACEBOOK GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS ====== 
  - **Eligibility**: Participation is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the minimum legal age of majority as required in their jurisdiction of residence. Participants must also be legally permitted to engage in the activities under the laws applicable to them. Each participant is permitted to use only one account. The creation or use of duplicate accounts will result in immediate disqualification.
  - **Entry Requirements**: To qualify for participation, entrants must follow the official [[https://www.facebook.com/rivalclub.official|Rival Club - PH Facebook page]], [[https://www.facebook.com/RivalClub.India/|Rival Club – INDIA Facebook page]] or the general [[https://www.facebook.com/play.rivalclub/|Rival Club Facebook page]], depending on their respective country of residence. Additionally, participants must use their genuine Facebook account, accurately reflecting their personal identity.
  - **Winner Selection and Announcement**: Winners will be selected randomly and announced on the respective Rival Club Facebook page.
  - **Prize Claims**: Winners must contact the administrator of the corresponding Rival Club Facebook page via private message to receive instructions for claiming their prize. Failure to initiate contact within forty-eight (48) hours of the announcement will result in the forfeiture of the prize. Prizes will be awarded exclusively to the Facebook account holder who participated in the giveaway.
  - **Tax Responsibility**: All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. 
  - **Non-Transferability of Prizes**: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation, except as explicitly authorized by Rival Club.
  - **Consent to Use of Data**: By participating, entrants grant Rival Club the right to use their name, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law. 
  - **Entry Conditions and Release**: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and accept the decisions of Rival Club as binding and final in all matters related to the giveaway events. Participants also release Rival Club, its affiliated entities, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from participation in the events or the receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. 
  - **Right to Disqualify**: Rival Club reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry it deems inappropriate, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the principles of fair play.
  - **Right to Cancel or Modify**: Rival Club retains the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway, in whole or in part, in the event of technical malfunctions, unauthorized human interference, or any other circumstances beyond its control that compromise the integrity or proper conduct of the giveaway, as determined at Rival Club’s sole discretion.
  - **Disqualification for Fraud**: Rival Club reserves the right to disqualify any winner if there is a discrepancy or mismatch in the information provided for the Facebook and Rival Club app accounts involved, or if fraudulent activity is suspected. 
  - **Language and Translation**: In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translations of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail and be conclusive. The English version will be used in legal proceedings and for the interpretation of these terms.
