1.1. By entering this event, participants agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Rival Club reserves the right to amend or modify any part of these terms at its discretion, provided the changes do not materially impact the event experience or participant eligibility.
2.1. The contest is open only to those who sign up or has signed up an account in Rival Club App.
2.2. Entrants must be legal residents of the Philippines. Each participant is allowed only one account; duplicate accounts will lead to disqualification.
2.3. Participants must achieve at least Level Twelve (12) in the Rival Club App to qualify.
2.4. All employees of Rival Club, employees of the selected grocery store, their immediate relatives, and any other persons directly associated with the event’s organization are ineligible to participate in the contest.
3.1 All participants must submit a screenshot displaying their Level 12 achievement within the Rival Club app.
3.2. The Screenshots must be posted on the Rival Club – PH Facebook.
3.3. The Participant’s Facebook account is to be set “Public” during the contest period for verification.
3.4. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Rival Club. The participant represents and warrant that they have meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. The decisions of Rival Club shall be final, and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
4.1. The winner will be announced by Rival Club - PH Facebook on the 18th November 2024.
4.2. The winner is required to respond upon the announcement by sending a Private Message to Rival Club within forty-eight (48) hours. In the event the selected winner did not response within the stipulated time frame, Rival Club reserves the right to forfeit the prize or award the prize to another selected Participant.
5.1. The selected winner will be able to participate in A Hundred and Twenty (120) seconds grocery grab. The winner will be given one (1) trolley to fill any eligible items at a specified grocery store within the specified time.
5.2. The grocery grab will be strictly timed, and participants must always adhere to the rules.
5.3. The selected winner is not allowed to grab the following items during the grocery grab:
5.4. Any prohibited items listed above will not be considered as one of the prizes at the end of the event.
6.1. By participating in the grocery grab event, the winner hereby grant Rival Club the right to film and use of the footage for promotional purposes, including but not limited to airing on the Rival Club’s live show, digital platforms, social media and other media as designated by Rival Club.
7.1. The selected winner agrees to adhere to a strict content embargo, which means that they shall not disclose or share any details about event filming logistics, timing, or location until the permitted time set by Rival Club. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, messaging platforms, or any public or private communications.
7.2. Any breach of this embargo may result in disqualification, forfeiture of any associated prizes, and/or legal action as deemed necessary by Rival Club.
8.1. The participant forever waives, release and discharge Rival Club its officers, sponsors and representatives from and against, all liabilities, costs, loss, damages or expenses which the participant or any party claiming through the participant hereafter may have arising out of participation in the contest including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct, consequential or foreseeable.
8.2. The participant shall indemnify Rival Club, its affiliates, agent and sponsors from and against all liability, cost, loss or expenses suffered thereby as a result of the participant's breach of their warranties and undertakings and any breach of the Terms and Conditions and the rules and regulations of the contest.
9.1. Rival Club reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or suspend the event if circumstances arise that may compromise the event's fairness or integrity and shall not be liable to compensate the participant in any manner whatsoever in such circumstances.
9.2. The participant shall not be entitled to assign any of the rights or sub-contract any of the obligations herein. Rival Club shall be entitled to assign or sub-license the whole or any part of its rights hereunder to any third party as may be determined by Rival Club.
9.3. The terms and conditions of the contest shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Philippines.
