Eligibility: Participation is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the minimum legal age of majority as required in their jurisdiction of residence. Participants must also be legally permitted to engage in the activities under the laws applicable to them. Each participant is permitted to use only one account. The creation or use of duplicate accounts will result in immediate disqualification.

Entry Requirements: To qualify for participation, entrants must follow the official Rival Club - PH Facebook page, Rival Club – INDIA Facebook page or the general Rival Club Facebook page, depending on their respective country of residence. Additionally, participants must use their genuine Facebook account, accurately reflecting their personal identity.

Winner Selection and Announcement: Winners will be selected randomly and announced on the Rival Club's Facebook page respectively.

Prize Claims: Winners must contact admin via private message on Facebook to receive instructions on claiming their prize. Failure to initiate contact within 48 hours of the announcement will result in forfeiture of the prize. Prizes will be awarded only to the Facebook account holder who participated in the giveaway.

Tax Responsibility: All taxes, fees, and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

Non-Transferability of Prizes: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other form of compensation, unless specified by Rival Club.

Consent to Use of Data: By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, and/or likeness by Rival Club for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Entry Conditions and Release: By entering, participants agree to comply with these official rules and decisions of Rival Club, which are binding and final on all matters pertaining to the giveaway events. Participants release Rival Club, affiliated entities, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the events or receipt or use of any prize.

Right to Disqualify: Rival Club reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry deemed to be inappropriate, fraudulent, or inconsistent with the spirit of fair play.

Right to Cancel or Modify: Rival Club reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway or any part of it in the event of technical failures or unauthorized human intervention, or if any other factor beyond Rival Club’s control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by Rival Club in its sole discretion.

Disqualification for Fraud: Rival Club reserves the right to disqualify any winner if there is a discrepancy or mismatch in the information provided for the Facebook and Rival Club app accounts involved, or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Language and Translation: In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translations of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail and be conclusive. The English version will be used in legal proceedings and for the interpretation of these terms.
