1. Welcome: Welcome to Rival Club, an online platform accessible via our website (www.rivalclub.com) and mobile applications for Android and iOS devices. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Platform.
2. Acceptance: By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
3. Changes: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
2. Supported Countries: The Platform is available only to users residing in specific countries. You must select your country of residence during registration. This selection is final and cannot be changed.
3. Account Creation:
   • To access certain features, you must create an account using your Telegram account, email address, Apple ID, or Google account.
   • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.  
   • You may only create and maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
4. OTP Codes:
   • Upon login, you will receive a 6-digit one-time password (OTP) code. This code is unique to your login session and should not be shared with anyone.
   • We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from the sharing of OTP codes.
   • Our team will never ask you for your OTP code.

• Ticket Types: The Platform utilizes a ticket-based system to grant access to various activities and events. Three types of tickets are available:
  • Daily Draw Tickets: These tickets provide one entry into the daily automated draw.
  • Live Event Tickets: These tickets grant access to all draws and activities within a specific Live Event.
  • Tournament Tickets: These tickets allow participation in designated tournaments on the Platform.
• Ticket Acquisition: Tickets cannot be purchased, traded, or transferred between accounts or events. They are earned through active participation in the Platform's features, such as:
  • Daily Bonus: Claiming the daily reward.
  • Daily Quiz: Answering quiz questions correctly.
  • Daily Draw: Winning in the daily automated draw.
  • Live Events: Winning during Live Event segments.

• Virtual Currency: RC Coins serve as the Platform's virtual currency, possessing a monetary value that can be converted into real-world currency.
• Earning RC Coins: RC Coins are primarily earned through successful participation in activities like the Daily Draw and Live Events.
• Withdrawal: Accumulated RC Coins can be withdrawn through various methods, including vouchers for online services, e-wallets, partner wallets (with additional bonuses), or bank transfers. The available withdrawal options may vary depending on your country of residence.
• No Fees: Currently, no fees for withdrawal amounts are associated with RC Coin withdrawals.
• Minimum amount: A minimum amount of coins is required to request a withdrawal. It can be checked directly on our platform in the withdrawals area.

• Daily Bonus: Log in daily to claim a reward, which may include Daily Draw and Live Event tickets. A 7-day consecutive login streak earns a bonus reward. Missing a day resets the streak.
• Daily Quiz: Test your knowledge with a daily quiz featuring questions from various categories.
  • Each correct answer rewards you with a Daily Draw ticket
  • Three consecutive correct answers grant a Live Event ticket.
  • The quiz resets every 24 hours, allowing for new attempts.

• Automated Draw: A fully automated draw takes place daily at a predetermined time.
• Winning Tickets: Winning tickets are randomly selected from the pool of eligible tickets.
• Prizes: Prizes may include additional tickets (Daily Draw or Live Event) and RC Coins
• Multiple Wins: You have the potential to win multiple times in a single draw, depending on the number of eligible tickets you possess

• Weekly Events: Live Events are streamed weekly from our studio, offering interactive quizzes and exciting prize draws.
• Ticket Validity: Each Live Event ticket grants access to all draws and activities within that specific event
• Winning Potential: Your chances of winning in Live Events are directly influenced by the number of Live Event tickets you hold
• Notifications: You will receive notifications prior to the start of each Live Event

1. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:
   • Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
   • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
   • Cheat, hack, or attempt to exploit the Platform
   • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
   • Impersonate any person or entity
   • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
2. Consequences: Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in the suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any rewards or RC Coins.

1. Ownership: We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Platform, including all content, features, and functionality.
2. Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

1. By You: You may terminate your account at any time.
2. By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:
   1. Violation of these Terms
   2. Inactivity for an extended period
   3. Suspicion of fraudulent or abusive activity
3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease, and we may delete your account and all associated data.

• Privacy Policy: Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here: Privacy Policy for Rival Club Platform. The Privacy Policy provides details on how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information pertaining to our users.
• Data Protection: We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, you acknowledge and agree that no system can be completely secure.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information, including your password and OTP codes, and for all activities that occur under your account. Do not share your login credentials with anyone.

• Third-Party Ads: The Platform may include advertisements from third parties. The display of such advertisements does not imply endorsement by Rival Club of any products or services advertised. We do not take responsibility for the content of any third-party ads.
• Sponsored Content: Some content on the Platform may be sponsored by third parties. Sponsored content will be identified by appropriate labels or disclaimers.

1. No Warranties: The Platform is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
2. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.  
3. No Affiliation with App Stores: The Platform, including all features, activities, and events, is independent of and not connected in any way with Apple or Google, or their respective app stores.
4. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or your breach of these Terms.  

• Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim against us, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, either party may begin formal arbitration proceedings.
• Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Malaysia.
• Exceptions: Either you or we may assert claims, if they qualify, in small claims court in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
